I love this thing. I put it in my windowless office so I could have a plant. I decided to plant basil, because I had some seeds. Used good potting soils and some little plant food spikes….both very cheap for a pot this size. Grew some basil from seed, and it is very happy and plentiful!Very easy set up, easy to use. It wa just what I needed in my little home away from home.

I got this for my wife and my mother, both of them really loved their gift from me. My Moms was a Mother’s Day present and my Wife’s was a Birthday gift.

I love the make and design plus the symplicity of use.

Bought it to get a jump start on my garden. It’s easy to use and everything has sprouted. When plants really start going I move to peat pots. I have high hopes for my garden this year.

This is a very small unit. I replanted two basil plants into it that I started in my hydroponic system. I have had to continually water the plant topically and may have to take it out and observe what's happening because it doesn't seem to be using any water from the well. It is dry to touch and the plants are wilting. The light works well, although no where near as bright as my hydroponic systems that it sits between. Both plants are slightly reaching towards the grow lights on either side rather than straight up. I'm not sure I would bother with this one.It would be good for someone who just wants to grow a small plant or herb. Anything bigger will have to be transplanted fairly quickly because the well is very small. The entire container is 6" x 5" and the soil growing area is only about 6" x 3" because of the water underneath.
