This product is high power and safe to use.
After having ample time to be sure the heater and fan are lifesavers. I had a problem and I have about 3000 sq feet and a full basement With bedrooms. One room at a time systematically I decluttered and heated. To a minimum of 145 for a prolong period of time. This unit was able to handle the whole house one small section at a time. I run them in the bedrooms each month just for peace of mind. They are expensive. But if an exterminator comes they charge more. And they charge again when they have to come back. And they will have to come back. If you have bed bugs and can afford to buy this heater. Do it. It works if you put the work in.One other thing. The heater has multiple ports to plug in. You will need to identify wich outlets and breakers are connected. Then be sure to run the cords to a different breaker for each cord. It’s not hard it simply requires a breaker box understanding. The men in my life were worried I would cause electrical problems. But the heater worked with out a problem.

It did not cut the bedbugs
So bad items, it did not kill the bedbugs after I spent eight hours I saw bugs came out. And the seller is not a good seller he charged me about $300 fee for nothing for the machine that is not work well as they said even he said I have 30 days to return. It did not say anything about the fee, but he did charge me $300 fee.

Worth every penny
Very high quality! It's like they say, you get what you pay for.I've had this thing running for probably around two weeks total taking care of the problem in various parts of my apartment. It still works flawlessly and I expect it to work for the foreseeable future.Instructions say you can use 4-6 of the coils at once (one plug in/cable per coil). I found that even 3 is fine for a super small space, while if it's a room of any significant size you'll want to use a minimum of 5.Notes: This thing has to force through a lot of air for the coils to not burn the themselves up. It is pretty darn loud! Also, do not try using a normal box fan to help circulate the air. You need to use the included yellow fan or nothing because the heat WILL burn out a regular fan.
