These are excellent supplement gummy's, the first I've tried gummies with DIM. I normally take DIM in capsules and I can totally notice on days that I miss. They don't give me more energy, they just make me feel more balanced & I'm able to get stuff done much more easily. If you've never tried I highly suggest looking into it, it's known to balance your estrogen and testosterone naturally. These are great, taste good, excellent delivery system.

This is a yummy treat for adding supplements to your daily routine. These gummies taste great and are made in the USA. As with any supplement, it takes time to notice results. These did not upset my stomach and would purchase again.

These didn’t make me feel well at all. I tried quite a few and felt miserable and very very moody. Just be careful.

Low calorie and low sugar, these gummies are very tasty though I don't know that I'd be able to pinpoint that the flavor is grape. They chew up pretty easily though they are a little dense at first, and they don't get stuck in my teeth which is a huge bonus.

The flavour is agreeable. This is a lower dose than I'm used to. Convenience of gummies, especially organic vegetarian based are always a plus for me. The 100mg serving is low for my purposes, so would just have to take more of, or buy the one to the level for my purposeful need. Although they made no claim of any part being sourced from certified organic vegetarian portion, but they claimed "They're vegan, non-GMO, soy-free,...." and certified by a GMP lab. Would like to see that certification included in each package.
