If you have followed any of Calz or Mike T's work, then this book is highly recommended. A word of warning, this book has complexity around it and it challenges the normal S&C Model (i am going thru it a 2nd time and learning more again), I have taken away a tremendous amount of knowledge from it and there has been over a dozen gold nuggets in this book that are worth the price of the book alone. Highly recommended.

I have been waiting for this book from the moment I heard it was being written and it didn’t disappoint! It is written so you don’t have to read vol 1. This is a must read for anyone in the athletic world or the average gym goer . Each chapter is well written out and easy to understand for everyone , Once you buy the book there are links of exercise and program design . Well worth the money ,

Book is awesome. There are methods you won’t find elsewhere. I am amateur athlete, not a coach but it’s still worth it. Triphasic I is also great. Get both.
