These little strips are amazing, I dont know how they do it but I am now hardly snoring at all. I have been snoring for a good few years now, slowly getting louder and more intolerant for my partner, even when he had ear plugs in. Definitely recommend them, 100% helpful.Unlike other nasal strips that I have tried this ones are the only ones that really helped me breathe more easily while sleeping and my partner said he didn’t hear me snoring since I have started using them, as he used to wake up all the time because of my snoring and thanks to those nose strips we both are finally having a deep good sleep.The quality and size is perfect, never came off during nights, the only thing you need to make sure your skin around your nose is dry and clean as i tried to put them once, while i had some face cream on my face and they were not sticking too well, but as i said with a clean face they will stick perfectly.

It is good fit. preserves your skin health. good value for money too. I've been using it for a few days now and monitored my snoring pattern. there has definitely been an improvement since I started using it.

Have been using a named brand for years and decided to give these a try, I wish I hadn’t now. The stickiness is rubbish I now have to wash my nose intensely as if I don’t they don’t stick and come off the fir is bigger than the other brand I have used so I have to get the location just right otherwise they don’t fit. Some of them last the night some don’t so the durability is a bit hit and miss. After I’ve used them all up will be going back to named band.
