This was a gift for our adult son who is an F1 fan. He commented on the quality and detail of the finished model. A great fit and finish with good instructions. He told me it was a ‘fun build’. He enjoyed it so much that he is interested in building other similar F1models. His comments to me have me wanting to build one for myself.

This is a well made diecast F! car model kit with many plastic parts as well. Other than a few decals to select a driver, the model is completely painted and finely detailed. Most assembly is accomplished with tiny screws using the included screwdriver. You will however, need a pair of tweezers to align the screws in their holes due to their very small size. No glue or paint is required at all to complete the kit. Parts are well labeled and shipped in bags corresponding to the assembly step. There are a number of extra screws which is helpful since they are easy to drop and hard to find. There are no directions for assembly, but rather a QR code that will allow you to download assmebly directions which are quite good for the most part. Unfortunately, my kit was missing a brake piece and a bag of special screws that attach the front wheels. I was unable to order replacement parts and had to order an entire new kit to complete the model.

This is a really nice diecast race car. Very detailed and fun to build. The only drawback are the multiple small screws. Suggest the manufacturer use magnetized screws to make it even more easier to assemble. Overall, great product.

Easy to follow directions, and fun to put together.

I built this during the Christmas holiday. You might want to get some small Phillips screwdrivers (PH000, and PH00). The screwdriver that was included (PH0) is too big for the small screws. Also, some of the small parts are a little awkward to assemble. No instructions are included and you have to download from the manufacturer.
