Buy it Now!!!!!!!
I rarely write reviews on purpose. But sometimes the product is so good you have no choice. i sent two red-light body mats back because after a week some of the led light stop working. i bought this panel in stead. This panel is the real deal. It is so bright so effective that you don't have to be right on top of it to get the benefit or RLT. Its awesome! As one reviewer allready made note this preforms better than some panels that you pay more than 500 dollars. The mats i sent back was 325. This Panels gets my rare Buy it Now! stamp of approval! And it comes with a remote!

Solid, VERY HEAVY, Lots of Options, Happy to Have This
First of all, this sucker is H E A V Y !!!!I know the description states that it is 8 lbs., but I swear it feels like it's 18 lb! 😆I suppose that's a good thing 🤷♀️, as it DOES seem like it is well made. It's definitely solid! That's for sure! The sizes perfect as far as Dimensions go. I love that it has a built-in fan. It IS portable, just keep in mind the fact that it is INCREDIBLY HEAVY.I do wish that the cord was at least a couple of feet longer. I had seen that mentioned in other reviews prior to purchasing this, so I was already prepared for it. It's not a short stump by any means, but it really ISN'T long enough to make it as portable as you might want it to be and order to set it up in certain ways that might work better or be able to shine on specific areas of the upper body, for instance.Since it it one that DOESN'T come with ANY sort of hanging hardware at all, chances are that you will find yourself trying to get comfortable sitting on the floor (close to an outlet to plug it in) after finding something *just* the right height to aim it at the area you're wanting to focus it on (or just stand there, if you're focus is in the lower extremities). It has multiple settings for the red light, near read, and invisible red light (clearly I'm no expert here). It has a pulsing option with the ability to speed the pulsing so fast you can't even tell it's pulsating, all the way down to suuuper slow.It has 3 levels of light intensity.Timer sets up to 30 minutes, and there is also a button on the device to pause the session, if needed.CANNOT GET THE REMOTE TO SET UP AND CONNECT **AT ALL** (but in fairness, I keep forgetting to contact the manufacturer to see if they can help to remedy this issue).Options to use all or just one or two of the types of light.Precise overall functionality is....difficult to say for the aforementioned reasons.I haven't ended up using it as regularly as I had intended simply because it IS such a pain to find a place to plug it in, and something the perfect height to aim it right where I want it (and still be comfortable during the session).Even when initially using it religiously, most unfortunately, I didn't notice pain relief I was so desperate for.I DO notice that, if used on the face, it makes my skin look better, younger, glowing.Comes with rubber glasses in a case to keep them safe and harder to lose, but I find them rather obnoxious and dont use them; even when directing it at the face in close range. (**Do NOT take this as a claim that doing so is safe for you. I've noticed ZERO negative effects from this, but everyone is different, needs to do their own research and make their own decisions about whether or not to use the included eye protection**)The base it is attached to is highly moveable (and holds itself in place perfectly, wherever you move it to), very solid, I just prefer it to be "shooting" straight vs aimed upward.I should also mention that my personal pain issues are extreme, so it may work beautifully for someone simply trying to use it for things such as muscle recovery from working out or some such thing.I can't speak to that. All in all, I'm happy to have it, and need to just deal with the moderate PITA to get it set up how I need it and use it daily (or at least, very regularly).

Heavy duty machine. I bought based on power and cost.
Appears to be heavy duty device, made of alluminum, very powerful in wattage and output. I put black tape on provided dark glasses; otherwise, I see red with glasses even with eyes shut. I only used couple of days and new to redlight therapy. Wanted to try it but all others with this power level is around $500. Planning to use for long covid symptoms on face and head. Some youtubbe videos show it helps. Has modulation where user sets the flickering rate. At 100 cycles, I don't see any light flickering vs at 40 cycles. Hope it helps, but lots of machine for $200 with the 30% coupon. Thanks

Great for an at-home device
This red light therapy device is heavy duty and very bright. The thing about red light therapy is the light has to be very close to your skin, without anything between it and your skin. If its not mere inches away, it loses its effectiveness. So I like that this light is adjustable to rotate to the best angle. The base is sturdy and I don't have to worry about it falling over. I find this device easy to use and long-lasting.

five different wavelengths
This red-light therapy device stands out from others on the market by offering five different wavelengths, which enhances its therapeutic effectiveness. One feature I particularly appreciate is its compact design. The device is portable, easy to move to your desired therapy location, and adjustable on its stand. This adjustability makes it simple to target specific areas of your body with precision. Another convenient aspect of this product is the included remote control. This allows you to change modes or adjust the timer without approaching to the device. I primarily use this red-light therapy device for my face. However, it’s important to wear protective glasses to shield your eyes during use. With consistent application, I hope this device will help reduce fine wrinkles and improve the overall condition of my facial skin. Overall, this is a great skincare device to have at home, and I would recommend it to others.

Very strong and powerful light
I am reviewing this 5 Wavelength Multi-chip LED Red Light Panel. I love using the red light therapy machine at the gym so I was excited to have my own red light device to use at home. I like that this device has an 180° angle adjustable stand. This unit feels solid and stands up well. I really like the option to use the wireless control remote or the touch control panel on the device. This has a very powerful red light so I needed to stay back a bit and this remote made that easier. I have a few red light home devices and this one is by far the most powerful and the brightest. On the red light mode setting I had to use 2 pairs of protective glasses to block out most of the light. In the other mode I only needed 1 pair of protective glasses to block the light.

Serious business
Before I've only owned handheld red light therapy machines and this is a monster in comparison. Heavy and solid. I've only been using it at the lowest level because it is so strong. The fan comes on immediately when you start the lights so that should help with longevity. Sometimes I have to point the remote in a few directions before it picks up the signal but it's not a big deal. The included safety glasses seem good enough for the lowest level but the lights are still really bright. This is a good machine for high output at home.
