The design is compact but surprisingly poseable. You can make Spidey do dramatic landing poses, superhero stances, or just awkwardly wave at your cat. Assembly is quick but satisfying….perfect for a solid hour of creative focus or a bonding moment with a kid who insists that Venom is cooler than Spidey (they’re not wrong). Once built, the battle possibilities are endless. Will Spidey triumph? Will Venom wreak havoc? Will the mechs fall apart mid-fight because someone got too enthusiastic? All likely. Bonus points: These mechs are compatible with other LEGO Marvel sets, so if you want Iron Man, Wolverine, or even Thanos to crash the party mech-style, you totally can.

Our 6 year old LOVES this toy! We bought it as a reward--$10 for a lot of hard work and being super patient after several very lengthy road trips across the US. He has played with it non-stop ever since we got it, and he loves playing with the web and putting Spider Man in and out of the Mech suit. He was able to follow the instructions himself and built it totally on his own too! If you're looking for a fun Lego set that will be fun to build and play with (not just look at), this is an awesome set for a great price.
