Application Instructions?

Not so good on the cleaner. I followed the instructions in my ice machine manual.

Can I use this to clean the Subzero undercounter ice machine?

Yes...you can use this. My unit is a manitowoc and I use 1/4 of a bottle for monthly cleaning...followed by 1/2 oz of manitowoc sanitizer. Each cycle runs for about 20 minutes before it times out. My hesidentsy is not knowing a SubZero ice making system. Check your manual for your monthly cleaning procedures.

Is this product nickel safe

Yes. The label says "Metal Safe Ice Machine Cleaner......safe to use on nickel and tin plated evaporators".
