I'm giving 4 stars as a good product and works but worth keeping in mind some of the cons, if you're particularly sensitive to them:Pros: Does the trick. Taking after a heavy meal does help with bloating a lot.Cons: Hard to swallow. Very easy to feel like choking. Not good if you struggle to swallow average sized tablets because these are definitely larger than average.Turns your poo black! 💩 Think this is because of the charcoal inside. Don't think it's anything to worry about but is a bit startling when you first start noticing. 😅

Hard to swallow, large capsules. I'm not sure if they work that well, only took a couple of times but both times nearly choked on them...

I have always suffered with bloating and wanted something to help with my gut health. These capsules are a standard size and are easy to swallow the directions say take 2 capsules before or after a large meal, after taking these for almost a week I am starting to feel less bloated and full after eating they seem to effective and good for the discomfort and pain relief of feeling so bloated. I do think they are a good quality tablet with the ingredients you need to help. They are £9.99 for a months supply and do help so I think they are good value for money.

Made me feel sick I suffer with ibs so thought I would try these and felt rough for days. Waste of money.
