I own 5 wheels, the regular 12, 10, 6, and 4, and the 2” XR foot massager. I can confidently say that they are some of the best money I’ve ever spent. I’ve had horrible back pain that was cured by rolling out on the wheels for 2 minutes at a time, twice a day, for a couple of days. The foot roller is great for feet (plantar fasciitis and normal soreness from running/skiing) but also amazing for deep tissues massage on legs, for IT band syndrome and the like. I also pack the 6” for travel due to its smallish size.

I had been using a tennis ball to relieve pain from plantar fasciitis—while effective, I kept losing it under the couch when it would slip out from under my foot. Enter this lovely little roller…not only is it WAY MORE effective than a tennis ball (especially on my arches), but it doesn’t roll away like a ball! We have bigger Chirp wheels as well so I was familiar with and trusted the brand. This too was worth every penny and I’ll be buying a second one to keep at work!

This product really meets my expectations.
