I have a lot of security cameras on my property. Until this one, I have bought fairly inexpensive, and therefore limited capability cameras. I have one spot on my property, however, that I wanted something with some more features. There are a lot of cameras out there. I'm really glad I bought this one, though. I am very impressed by the construction of it...it's solid and not cheap feeling at all. It looks good and is easy to mount. One small negative is that I wish it had the option of being hard-wired instead of plugging into an outlet, but given all the positives, I don't mind that too much. It has way more capabilities than I will probably ever be using. I tried out all the features, and everything works as described. I honestly didn't even see the self-tracking features before I bought it, so those are an impressive capability. I have a lot of wildlife traversing my property, and this camera helps me see it and it even follows some of them (deer, raccoon so far). The zoom is what really attracted me to this camera. None of my other cameras have a zoom feature at all, let alone 36X zoom (it is basically half optical and half digital). What really blew me away was the zoom clarity when used at night in infrared mode. It is very impressive. Finally, I was impressed with the quick start guide that came with it and the manufacturer website that includes even more information about how to install it and use it, including tutorial videos. This company is not some fly by night company trying to make a quick profit. They care about the customer experience. I have not had to communicate with them with any problems, but the depth of information they give the buyer is outstanding. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase, even at this higher price point. Sure, it's more expensive, but it's way more capable than my cheaper cameras.

I’ve been really impressed with this camera. I’ve been testing this camera for a while now, and I have to say it’s exceeded my expectations in every way. This thing is built like a tank – seriously rugged construction that feels like it can handle whatever the weather throws at it. It’s definitely commercial-grade quality, which is exactly what I was looking for. Getting it on my network was surprisingly easy. I’ve set up quite a few cameras over the years, and this one was honestly one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had. No headaches, no frustration – just straightforward setup and I was up and running. The mobile app works great and gives you full control over all the camera’s features. It’s intuitive and responsive, which makes adjusting settings or checking in on things super convenient when I’m away from my computer. The 36X zoom is incredible – I can really zero in on something specific when I need to see what’s going on. The tracking feature is especially useful for following movement or keeping an eye on areas of interest. These features have proven invaluable for monitoring our property. Here’s what really sets this camera apart from others I own: I can access it directly via IP address through any web browser. Most of my other cameras are solid performers, but they don’t offer that kind of direct access or the rugged build quality. Since relocating, having a camera that I can access this way has been essential. If I don’t have the app handy, I just pull up a browser on my computer and I’m good to go. For the price point, this camera is an absolute steal. If you need commercial-grade reliability and features but don’t want to shell out hundreds of dollars more for comparable options, this is definitely the way to go. It delivers professional performance without the premium price tag.

I purchased this camera with a very specific purpose in mind, as I suspect anyone will do with an item this expensive. But it appears to be worth it. Very pleased with my latest purchase. Camera is close to being "best of all worlds", or it tries to do so (so to speak). If you prefer cloud services, its got your covered. Do you rather use a local storage with a SD memory card, no problem. Do you have your own NVR server ( that's me ), every common protocol appears to be supported. First it supports 5G WiFi, slow video feeds are gone and/or no more running long ethernet lines. This has been on my wish list. Optical Zoom impressive ( and much desired and needed for my project ), about the same view as my Bushnell 7X35 ( FOV 394' @ 1000 yrds ). See split pictures - red marks zoomed location. I am using the built-in IP Camera software and CamHipro for review images (to protect my own privacy & NVR system security). There are other software apps out there that support it but these are what their instructions refer to. I used CamHipro for testing alarms, and the software did ok, a little slow pushing the notification a couple of times. But the recordings are crisp and clear. See videos. The built in IP Camera software has other features and access to certain camera settings along with other protocol information and setup. Way more than I will try to describe. The auto focus is really going to help for my purpose of needing to zoom on demand. See example scrubbing pict. Would like to post more videos but only 1 is allowed. Panning is very fast! There are so many features in this camera and software it is going to take a bit to fully master all of its capabilities. Every product has specific setup procedures, read the small Quick Start Guide, takes just a few minutes but will save you tons of time. See unboxing and first setup picts.

I HAVE USED AT LEAST 20 +HOME SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS. THIS IS THE BEST SO FAR. IT'S ABILITY TO IDENTIFY AND FOLLW IS OUTSTANDING. WHEN IT IS AT X32 AT THE END OF MY CUALD DA SAC I CAN READ THE LICENSE PLATE. THIS SHOULD BE A 5 STAR! THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE LACK OF INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO. WORK WITH THE PRESETS. THE BACK PAGE WHICH IS ABOUT AUTO TRACKING WORKS AS IT SHOULD. SHOWSM HOW TO TURN IT OFF AND ON. MY PROBLEM IS WITH THE OTHER COMMANDS. FOR INSTANCE (FIRST CRUISE ROUTE (1-16) WHAT THE HELL DOES THIS MEAN? MAYBE TO THE LEFT ? AND IF I TURN IT ON CAN I CHECK THAT IT WORKS? WHERE IS THE LIST OF OPERATIONAL, IN USE, COMMANDS. SO I CAN EDIT THEM IF NECESSARY

I wanted a better camera for the front of my house so that if need be, I could read a liscense plate on my street. The things I like about this camara are as follows. It was easy to install (I had an ethernet cable at this location and I've found that 4k cameras on wifi tend to cut out sometimes). The zoom is very impressive! The camera looks very sturdy and well built. There is a feature that allows you to set it to follow and zoom in on objects as they move across the yard. It was easy to setup with Blue Iris as that is what I use for all of my cameras. The night color vision realy lights up my driveway with the bright LED's it has. The IR night vision is very bright as well. I did play with the app (CamHiPro) and it is very intuitive. The camera does have AI so you set what objects you want to detect (cars, people, etc.) This cuts down on false triggers. My only wish for this camera is that the field of view would be a bit wider. All in all I'm very satified with it and would recommend.
