Another good BHI product that does what it says.
First let me state my basis, I love BHI products. I have found them to do what they say and without side effects which I think is amazing. Same goes for the CALM (now CALMING) product. It does calm my mind when I have excess anxiety and my thoughts are buzzing round and round. I recommend this product and hope that others find the relief that I do. It is gentle and yet effective.

Used this for several months on our German Shepherd (who is incredibly nervous about all manner of things) at our vets recommendation. Going into the purchase, I didn't expect a lot. We were pleasantly surprised during the first several weeks, when after being given one of the tablets we noticed a tremendous improvement in his behavior and neurotic tendencies (when given in combination with Benadryl). We truly thought this may be what helped us get him to be a bit more at ease and manageable for training. After the first couple weeks, it stopped having the same effect and became mostly useless. We have since pulled back from giving it to him. I still have a full bottle, but am hopeful that by cutting back, it may be helpful for some short term usage sometime in the future if necessary.

Sweet and they work.
I've been a fan of BHI's products for a few years now. Periodically, I have a difficult time getting to sleep, but when I use two of these an hour or so before bedtime, I feel that I'm able to wind down and fall sleep much easier. I like the fact that you just let them melt in your mouth and they have a nice sweet taste to them.
