Color:Blue “Easy Does It”…that’s the philosophy Arozzi’s design team took with the new Verona V2 and Verona Pro V2 Series. Not just “easy” as in extracting the ultimate comfort and ease from the chair’s sleek, ergonomic design. As we improved the best-selling Verona and Verona Pro Series based on your feedback we also said “easy does it”. Make improvements where possible but don’t change a winner and most importantly keep the value that Verona is famous for. You want more room? Easy! 0.6 more inches of width. Want more recline? Easy! Full 180 degrees. Want a more solid base? Easy! Nylon composite, heavy duty base. And there’s more. But when the accountants wanted to raise the price to pay for these improvements? Not Easy! The price is the same as the previous models. Check out Verona V2 and Verona V2 Pro today and find out why “Easy Does It” every time.

worst chair I ever worked from, seriously
This is my first ever amazon review. Before this review, I've emailed the support and explained that I'm really disappointed and asked for help. Had no reply of any kind for about 3 weeks now.I didn't realize for like 2 months. First my neck started to hurt, then my wrist and only after that, my back. It got so bad, I woke up for the pain one night. I'm just over 30 and active physically, but also sitting in my chair 10+ hours on a good day and 14+ on a bad. Never had any issues. This chair was supposed to replace my $80 ikea one. It's basically an L shaped, very sparsely padded torture. The lumbar support functions doesn't exist and even though it have some cool features like going nearly full flat to watch movies or attend boring meetings, otherwise it's just plain the worst thing to sit on.When the replacement been ordered (a proper Herman Miller chair), my back hurt so much from this one, I was using a dining table chair instead. That was also very uncomfortable over 5 hours, but at least my back didn't hurt that much. Please, do not buy this chair. It affects your physical health in a negative way.

Can be hazardous
To be fair, this chair was not purchased for gaming, so I can't review it for such. I bought it to replace an office chair that had quickly given out. This had a high back and good reviews, plus it was on sale. And while the instructions warn you about sitting too close to the edge, the chair should have been redesigned to address this problem. If you simply sit down toward the front of the chair to, say, tie your shoes, you could quickly bring your posterior to the floor. If you sit down too quickly and do not reach the center or back of the chair, you could just as quickly find it sailing back from under you for a likewise result. In addition, unfortunately, I also found the chair to be woefully lacking in padding, particularly in the seat. I bought a seat cushion to make up for the poor comfort there. Finally, the adjustments are hard to reach, and the back forward-adjust can knock the wind out of you if you have not prepared for it to slap you there. I suppose I should not expect much more from a Chinese chair, but one made in USA is not easy to find.

Screw Bolt came in loose; Overall ok quality
The chair is OK quality. It is a little below my expectation since this is almost $100 over other similar gaming chairs such as Homall, GTracing, etc. One of the two screw bolts on the right arm-rest came in loose and that arm-rest is wobbly. The screw bolt CANNOT be re-screwed into the armrest because its socket is made of plastic material and the socket thread is too loose! The side protectors on each side of the backrest are made of cheap plastics, which I do not believe they will be very stable in the long run.

Literally the worst chair I've ever bought
I really wanted to like this chair bc of the one I sat on in a tech store at my University that was really warn down and squishy/comfortable tbh, but it's been a year in a half (originally purchased 03/19) and I STILL cannot get comfortable and more often than not my back, neck, and butt hurt. The "lumbar" and neck cushions didn't do anything and if anything just made sitting MORE awkward. I removed them and obviously felt even worse because the pillows were the only excuse for "back support" there was. SO I purchased a back support pillow that I buckled around the chair to help and I STILL can't get comfortable. The seat is just too damn firm. I wish more than anything in the world I could trash this and get my $300 back... I gave it a long "trial period" thinking the seat would get more comfortable as time went on but it hasn't and now I can't return it. Hoping a friend will take it or someone else who could benefit from it so I can just buy a new chair and forget this one ever existed... T_T

Great chair for home office use !
I have only had my chair for a few days, but wanted to provide a positive review for it. I was able to assemble it by myself without any issues. The instructions were clear enough and everything went together quite nicely. The included allen wrench worked fine and all the bolts / bolt holes lined up smoothly. The only problem I had during assembly was the plastic covers on the sides are a little on the flimsy side, particularly the posts that snap into the chair - one was a bit bent, so I carefully straightened it, and it popped in great.I am a smaller guy (5'5 / 120lbs), so bear that in mind when I talk about comfort. I also like a nice firm seat, personally. This chair is firm, but not overly so. It is also replacing a 15 year old office chair that was ripped and worn, so this was an immediate upgrade. The seat depth is perfect for me, with the front of the seat coming within an inch or two of the back of knees (just how I like it). Taller individuals would likely find the seat fitting differently. The back of the chair is plenty tall for me, and while I like the back rest pillow, I took it off for a day or two, just to see what difference it might make. It's better for me, personally, but I also don't like a bunch of lumbar support at the small of my back. The head pillow is perfect for me - I can lean back into it and my head rests perfectly on it.The tilt feature is stiff, even when I loosened it as far as it would go. My old chair tilted back quite easily, so this will take some getting used to, but isn't a deal-breaker for me. The recline option is a great enhancement, too! Just be careful when you go to raise the seat back up from recline - it will smack you in the back hard if you're not ready for it!Overall, this is a very comfy chair for me, but I like a firm chair. The wheels roll very smoothly on carpet, easier than my previous chair by far. All stitches and seams look great, and the arm rests are adjustable, which is also an improvement for me. If you want a super plush, cushioned chair, be aware that this is a firm chair. You will not likely sink into it much. But, for me, that's ok (I wanted that).

Many great features in chair not JUST for gaming:)
Don't laugh, using for new office chair with great features for worn body. Great head support, padding, precise hydraulics and nice tilt features for long time sitting/working at desk. Not an overly large person, so VERY comfy. It's like my well designed SUV seat, minus the bun warmer--great for long stretches of sitting. Simple gray pattern, not intense colors on purpose.

Comfort and support rolled into one
-Update, it’s now 2021 and this chair is still going strong the bottom cushion isn’t the thickest but that’s just how it’s made, no faults-This chair is very easy to assemble, the instructions aren’t the clearest but it’s no matter as its very easy, the back is adjustable which is very supportive, the head cushion is also surprisingly comfortable. The only thing I dislike is that the armrests aren’t comfortable at all, but I got comfortable armrest covers which makes it perfect. Excellent chair, I recommend.

Durability
Bought in late 2019 so far the castor broke know the gas chamber to raise and lower is also broke, came with 10 year warrenty only thing is you cant seem to contact the seller, even if you could there now out of stock got to say it's the worst chair ever bought even beats low cost ikea chairs for lack of durability expected a few years out of it but sadly now going to have to get a new chair won't be from this company though.Gave one star couldn't pick zero.

Excellent chair, Excellent customer service
Start off by saying the chair is sturdy and comfortable and more than sufficiently does the job. It is adjustable with easy and is very comfortable for extended working sessions.I had a small issue where one of the chairs unfortunately snapped, but I emailed customer service and they were incredibly helpful and responsive, and shipped me a replacement within the same day. Haven't seen excellent customer service like this for a while - HIGHLY recommend!
