This Organic India brand of tea is advertised as "herbal", but that's a bit of a misnomer, since you're actually getting a high quality black tea. It's a single origin tea from India's Assam region and will please most tea connoisseurs with its strong taste. The price is slightly above that of grocery store brands, but you get 2 boxes with 18 individual sachets in each. The sachets contain crisply cut leaves and leave a bright red color when you pour boiling water on them. I've also gotten into the habit of mixing this with some Earl Grey tea for a more pleasing smell. Recommended...

I regularly drink tea from this brand and have always found it to be delicious and high quality, so I was excited to try this Organic Assam Black Tea. I tend to prefer a very strong brew, and this particular Assam isn’t quite as bold as some others I’ve had. The box suggests using 1–2 bags per mug, which makes sense as it seems blended to appeal to a broader range of preferences, with the option to double up for those who like a stronger cup.That said, it’s still full of flavor and absolutely delicious with milk (and no sweetener), which is how I usually take my tea. The tea is fresh, and the boxes I received have an expiry date of December 2026. Each bag is individually wrapped to preserve the freshness.I love that it’s organic, single origin, and ethically sourced. I recommend this variety as well as other teas from this excellent brand.

Pretty good product. As soon as I opened the box I could smell how fresh the tea was. It's a strong black tea smell, and tastes good. This product has caffeine in it , so don't know how heathy that is. Like I said this does contain caffeine, so it's not a relaxation tea. For the money spent it was a good buy for the price.

I usually start my day with a cup of coffee, then switch to a cup of tea. I have tried other teas from this Organic India company and was pleased with them all, including this one. I ordered the tea on May 1st and it was delivered on June 20th. I like that the tea is organic, sustainable, and knowing where it is grown. It's a very good black tea.

I like this black tea alright. It isn’t the best I’ve had, but I like trying new teas quite a bit, and this one isn’t bad at all. It has a pretty distinct flavor but not overly bitter or harsh. It steeped nicely and did not leave any mess in my cup. Overall a pretty nice value for the amount I got.

I am incredibly impressed with this Black Tea. As a long-time black tea enthusiast, I have tried many different brands, and this one stands out for its quality and flavor. The listing is confusing—the title says 18 bags. There are indeed 18 bags in a box, but you get two boxes, for a total of 36. It’s a good thing, because the current price is a premium price, even for 36 bags.Fortunately, this is indeed a premium tea. When you open the plastic wrapper, the strong rich tea odor hits you. This brews up a dark, bold tea which is far better than your less expensive teas from the internet or grocery store. It’s worth it.
