Love the product, have been using it to make sourdough and the readings seem accurate and I like that it has a lot of measurements to choose from. Holds enough weight to have my kitchen aide stand mixer bowl to be tared and used as a container to measure.

This is a very nice little scale. Accurate. Easy to use. The screen is very easy to see. Modes are very easy to change.

Very useful. Slim design is appreciated for convenient storage. I find myself accidentally hitting the button to change units and not realizing until I’m well into the recipe, causing ratios to be off. Might be simple user error on my part. Otherwise, it’s great.
