I have always suffered with sleeping, I either can’t fall asleep or wake up very early hours and can’t get back to sleep, I’ve been taking these for just under a month and the difference is amazing! I no longer struggle to get to sleep ant night and I don’t wake up through the night or early hours. There is no grogginess the next day either. I wake up feeling refreshed and like I’ve had a really good nights sleep. Brilliant product

Not the cheapest available magnesium supplement however it contains all 3 types of magnesium plus turmeric so its worth the difference. After taking for a week Ive already noticed I'm sleeping better, not as tired during the day and feeling more relaxed. would definitely recommend.
