GPU dead on arrival.
Computer arrived and the GPU is DOA. Thermaltake support isn’t available on the weekends and there isn’t another one in stock to be exchanged through Amazon. Honestly was so pumped to get this albeit nervous getting a prebuilt PC. Wish there was better quality control, if this was started and checked before it shipped out I could have avoided this entire headache of troubleshooting.Update: Thermaltake had me send my GPU to them to be checked, turns out the GPU had a crack in it which isn't covered under their manufacturer warranty. I called amazon back to get an exchange going and amazon said they cannot exchange this item, only offer a refund and a credit of $10 to my account for my inconvenience even though I paid more than $10 to have the GPU shipped to Thermaltake in the first place... I boxed this PC back up and shipped it back to amazon and will most likely build my own PC from a different website due to the frustrating experience of dealing with this PC.
