Summit 24” Over The Range Microwave, 0.9 cu.ft. Built In Microwave, Stainless Steel- OTR24

This is a beautiful compact, but large enough, microwave to fit anywhere. We are installing it in our island. The trim kit is beautiful for a nice build in look. The mirror door looks very high end as does the cylinder handle, which usually only comes with very expensive appliances. The company is great to work with, The first microwave was damaged in transit. The glass door was shattered. The company did not hesitate to refund my money after sending them pictures and I repurchased the microwave right away. The item came quickly undamaged. So happy with this company and the microwave. Thank you.

This microwave stopped working after two weeks. Though plugged into an outlet that worked (checked) the microwave did not accept the power. This company refused to accept the product back and said I need to read the warranty.

I bought this microwave to fit in a small space above my oven, and I am very happy with it. It has a sleek design with a stainless steel frame and a mirror finish door. The touchpad controls are easy to use and have many options for different types of food. The microwave heats up quickly and evenly, and the turntable can be turned on or off depending on the size of the dish. Overall, I would recommend this microwave to anyone looking for a built-in model that is compact and functional

We hired a professional installer, he measured the hole in our cabinet and based on his approval of this items stated size he had us purchase it. Unfortunately even though the size says it should fit, its several inches too small. We started a return and they charge a 15-30% restocking fee, they only charged me 15% but told us normally it’s 30%. We also have to pay the shipping which will be very expensive. Will never buy another appliance online.

I purchased this microwave to replace my 21 yr old microwave oven that went bad, and specifically because it was one of a very few built-in type that would fit my previous microwave oven cabinet. The trim kit did not completely cover my cabinet opening, so I used my old oven's trim which works ok. This oven is only 900w, which is less than my previous oven and is smaller inside than my previous oven. It is very hard to see inside the oven thru the mirror glass finish while items are cooking. I find the push button control panel a bit small for selecting / programming. Overall, this product performs adequately.

It’s beautiful and very well built! It’s perfect for our modern kitchen!

Good microwave but takes a bit longer to heat than the old one.

This product didn’t fit like advertised and has cost over $100 to return. It’s been the worst return process I’ve ever experienced. I should’ve listened to another customer review when they mentioned their return experience, but I thought this would work… DONT IGNORE this review, like I did, because it’s not worth it. Money is too precious to just give away!!!!
