Lange Q&A Radiography Examination, Ninth Edition

Love it! This helps so much. All the questions allow me to practice exam strategies as well as develop a sense of pace so I am less likely to stress about time while taking board exam. Having detailed answers as to why an answer was correct and why the others were incorrect has really helped me focus and define my studies. It is also a great tool to gauge what my weak points are and helps me focus on strengthening those topics.It is the perfect compliment to any outline style review literature and will probably be the foundation of my study efforts.

This book is really helpful if you are wanting to prepare for the Radiology Registry Exam. The book contains nothing but questions similiar to the ones that would be on the registry. It is broken down into 5 chapters and at the end of the book are 2 review tests (with 200 questions each). There is a section in the back of each chapter and test that gives you the answer with an explanation of why it is the answer or why the others aren't the answer. This is VERY helpful!!!

Definitely worth it's cost for registry exam. I appreciate the options on the CD for creating my own custom exams. Only 400 question bank, but more than ample to assist in getting a feel for the boards. The way you are able to see why an answer is correct and why others are wrong within the available multiple choice options is huge bonus. I am very happy I purchased this book along with the new Mosby's Comprehensive Review as well as access to Radrevieweasy.com. The review section before each chapter in Mosby's is concise and perfect for speedy review. The online aspect is ish. I like the questions offered by Lang and Radrevieweasy. Some are very hard and the ability to set up styles and times and number of questions has already helped me calm my nerves for actual board exam.

I liked this because it was nothing but exam-like questions and a very thorough prep for the test. I utilized this more than any other resource for my exam.

Great study guide paired with the rest of your notes and books from your radiology program. I did the practice exams multiple times and passed the registry on the first try with a great score. There were a few questions (maybe 3) that had the wrong answer, but if you are at the point where you need this book and you are ready to take the registry exam, you will be able to spot the errors. I definitely recommend getting this to study with.

I just bought this book, so I'll be scheduling my exam in the next couple of days. This book is AMAZING. It not only gives you the answer to the correct one, but it elaborates, fully on information about the other possible answers too. I highly encourage you to buy this book. The most helpful book I have found to help me pass my ARRT registry. The book not only gives you the correct answer, but it explains why it is the correct answer and why the other answers are wrong. It also comes with a CD that has the same 2 200 question review tests that are in the book for you to practice and see what the real ARRT test is similar too. I would recommend this to anyone.

Be sure to check the disc once you receive in the mail. Studied the book for a couple weeks then attempted to try the disc to test myself and the disc didn't work. I tried on multiple computers to be sure it wasn't just my laptop before I contacted the seller.
