Much cheaper than any vet office!!
My dog is dying of kidney disease. My vet prescribed this to use for the rest of his life, as it aids absorption in dogs who are suffering from kidney disease. Purchasing it from my vet from now until he passes would be quiet expensive. Thankfully I did an internet search to see if I could get it cheaper and it popped up on Amazon for a very reasonable price in quite a large bottle. The size of the bottle I was getting from my vet office was very small and we were blowing thru it very quickly. The item arrived quickly, it was tightly sealed for safety purposes, and I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Veterinarian put my dog on this.....
I had to purchase this for my dog who was very sick. She had Lyme nephritis and needed to take this to help her stomach(prevent ulsers). It worked well and was easy to measure out with a syringe. It is mint flavored, so I had to get creative in hiding it in her food. I ended up putting the measures amount onto a piece of bread, and my dog gobbled it up. It helped keep her kidney values down in combination with other medications. This shipped quickly and well packaged. I recommend.

RUGBY LABORATORIES Aluminum Hydro Gel, USP 320mg
The Veterinarian ordered the aluminum hydroxide for our pup and she loves it. The price was right, and we reordered it several times.

Hard to Find, But Worth the Effort
I finally found this product on Amazon. My physician prescribed this, years ago, for occasional indigestion. Over the years, local pharmacies stopped carrying. I tried Mylanta, but it made me "go" too often. This product does the job, for me, with no unwanted side effects.

Prescribed for my dog with kidney disease
My 13 pound dog was diagnosed with kidney disease with toxic levels of phosphorus. Lab phosphorus serum levels are 6.8. My doctor prescribed this because it was affordable. My dog eats twice daily So my vet prescribed 1ML to each meal. It does have a chalky mint flavor which my dog will not go near by it’s self but if I Mix it in her homemade Reno dog food she eats it. Our starting BUN is 116 and creatinine is 2.5. We are just treating her palliatively so I am hoping this medication will prolong and make her comfortable. We have declined all other medicines since the side effects seem worse than how she feels currently. I did contact the seller to verify authenticity and they replied quickly confirming this is not counterfeit in anyway. They also verified there is no flavorless alternative. After two months on the medication her phosphorus levels doubled so my vet is now recommending daily lactated ringer subcutaneous infusions. I did notice my dog had increased spasmic/jerky tremors since being on this medication so I’ve decided to stop it. I’ve heard cats respond better than dogs. Her phosphorus level after two months of taking this medication is 13.Sadly, my beautiful dog had to be put down at the age of 10. The saddest day of my life. I wish I did things differently. I wish I changed her food immediately at the first point that her BUN and creatinine were going up. Her vet put her on renal cable which she hated. I wish I switched to Dr. Harvey's canine health home made food at that time and maybe we would've had a different outcome. Who knows, my heart will forever be broken.

Price is great
The vet recommended continued use for my dog and the product does appear to be having the desired effect. My recommendation concerns the price. The price for two bottles is approximately that of one bottle at the vet's, and that is after a discount. I understand that businesses do need to mark up products; however, where possible, it is nice to save money, especially for something which will be needed long term.
