GIWOX, I've come to bargain!Halloween 2018 - I wanted to be Doctor Strange and knew I needed some kind of LED magic effect. I found this product. I had a slew of questions before I bought it and the seller answered every one of them. Then I had more, and he answered all those too. I pulled the trigger and it could not have worked out any better. The fan comes with all the software you will need to get up and running. I copied it to my desktop and within a few minutes I had my first images going. In a few days I had everything I needed.This thing is stunning in person. It is BRIGHT...even in daylight. At night, forget about it. It's pure magic. I loaded it up with all sorts of mystical magical stuff plus a few funny things of my own. We walked around for 4 hours. The thing looks like real interdimensional magic. Half the kids in town think Doctor Strange lives here!Now that we're done with Halloween I can't wait to put this to use for some crazy home decoration. The fan came with a whole library of cool images. Can't recommend it enough.

Once you get past the issues with the app, it's a pretty cool display. I used it at a 4-day trade show, and it worked reliably. I'd give the device itself at least 4 stars, but the app sucks too bad not to subtract one.The iPhone app just doesn't work. I don't have an Android to try that app. There is no Mac version of the desktop app. But if you have access to a PC, you can use the desktop app. You'll find it on the micro SD card that comes inserted (at least with mine) into the spinner.You need the app to convert your mp4 files to BIN files. Then you just transfer them to the micro SD card, and put it into the spinner. When you turn it on, it will cycle through the BIN files on the card.

The fan works. It is all downhill from there. Acessories like the card and remote are either missing or not functional. The included instructions would have been lacking but for the fact that one half is for the included device while the other half is for another device, making them completely incomprehensible. The software can be downloaded for iOS iPhone using a QR code, and the best thing I can say for it is it works, if only I understood chinese, it might be useable. Manually entering the very long link for the PC software is blocked as malicious universally from download by for example your browser, and even Spectrum (living dangerously and circumventing the browser warnings and my service providers warnings on an old laptop I had on a back shele, results in Microsoft Defender going nuts and eventually crashing Windows in spectacular fashion). Customer support is I believe an ethereal phantom, if not a hoax.Over all, from my personal experience, I would not recommend buying this product. I am quite skeptical of those who have made glowing claims of this product and customer support.This particular product has been so spectacularly awful, that I am actually disappointed in Amazon for allowing this to be offered.

Bought this for use in a Haunted attraction. Wasn't really sure how I was going to make it work for that purpose, as I had only seen it used for advertising purposes, but it was just too cool to pass up. I was not disappointed. The light is amazing even in situations where there is a lot of ambient light, but it really shines in a dark environment. The next step was to fit it to our purposes. There weren't many videos that would be classified as "Scary". The Nemo fish was cool, but it didn't really have the ability to send people screaming into the next room. A quick email to the seller was all it took. They responded to me almost immediately and provided a couple of videos that will work. Still not exactly what we need, but definitely a step in the right direction and passable until I learn how to program it myself or the company provides more content which they are working on. Could not be more pleased with the light and costumer support.
