I have always been a Crystal Hot Sauce Fan and user, but over the last 2 years have started using Zatarain''s Cajun Hot Sauce and found that I like it better than Crystal. A hair hotter and more flavor. Great as a base for wing sauce.

if you like big scoville numbers, this is NOT your product this product delivers a thorough heat that accents the food - not blows up your mouth. love it and use it in virtually all my nola dishes... great item

I found this sauce in our base commissary but I didn't use it right away and when I did I wanted more. However by the time I returned to the commissary to get more (at least 2 months later) it was nowhere to be found! After searching other local (southern) grocery stores and Walmart only to come up empty handed, I knew exactly where to turn; AMAZON!! I was so happy because this sauce is worth having to season almost anything with especially if you enjoy hot sauce. I will, needless to say, be ordering more just in case they stop selling it and I would strongly suggest others do the same. Soooooooo good!! :-)
