Hi all, If you wanted this in the flat position would it still be flat 9cm front to back height from the ground? Will build up to 10cm with wood.

Height when the footrest is horizontal is a little under 9cm.

Can you sit with your feet flat or are they always tilted?

You can make the time flat so it is not tilted - your feet however will be off the ground still but flat.

How robust is the construction? How much weight can it hold? Had one from huano that broke almost immediately

Not sure about how much weight it can hold, but I've found it to be pretty sturdy. I've had it around 5 months and it's been moved around a lot and haven't notice any issues/damage.
