Great design. Lots of color choices. DONT IRON THIS HOT iron will melt the inside of the sleeve material and then it becomes uncomfortable. That was my stupid mistake. What was I thinking?? So now I bought another one and learned a lesson. No ironing necessary!

Fit is perfect!! Such comfortable material

Cut large. Very good face coverage. The hood is a touch small. With all the extra material gathered at the neck when not pulled up, this provides excellent neck protection. The extra material may take a little getting used to, but a good trade off IMHO.Long sleeves with thumb holes also great coverage. Small zippered pocket toward right flank nice bonus.Bought one in light green and white, both colors as advertised.All in all, out of the box seems pretty good.Let’s see how it holds up under use.

I love this BALEAF Sun Protection Hoodie! It’s my go-to for outdoor adventures—used it for a multi-day rafting trip and felt like I could totally pass for the raft guide. Well, except for the 40 extra pounds and 40 years I’ve got on them. But hey, with this shirt on, at least I looked like I knew what I was doing.The silky, breathable fabric kept me cool and comfortable all day, even when I was huffing and puffing on land. It dries super quick, which was a lifesaver after getting splashed (or accidentally flipping… no judgment). The UPF 50+ protection worked wonders—I didn’t come home looking like a boiled lobster.The built-in hood and neck gaiter are genius. It kept my head, neck, and face protected without fogging up my sunglasses, thanks to the mesh breathing holes. Bonus: the thumbholes kept the sleeves from riding up, so I was covered even while paddling like a wannabe pro.It’s lightweight, fits perfectly without being clingy, and is versatile enough for everything from fishing to pretending I’m an outdoor enthusiast. For anyone who wants to brave the sun in style—and a little self-delusion—this hoodie is a must. Just don’t expect it to shave off the years or pounds; I’m still working on that part!

I've never worn a long-sleeve sun shirt while hiking before but with getting older, I thought it would be good to start better protecting my skin when I'm in the outdoors. You can spend as much as you want for outdoor clothing but I thought I'd start with something relatively inexpensive.This shirt was exactly what I needed. It's long enough in the body that I didn't have trouble with it traveling up while wearing my backpack. I have a long body so this was an especially good feature. It also was lightweight enough that I didn't get overheated. That was my primary concern with a sun shirt was whether I would be sweating like a pig while wearing it in August. It was never an issue. Even wearing it for multiple days, it didn't smell especially bad and I didn't feel like I was sweating any more than if I were wearing a short-sleeve shirt.In the end, I'm really happy with this purchase. I'll probably purchase a second one for multi-day trips. Highly recommend.

I do occasional volunteer field work on a small island with no shade available. After kayaking to the island, I dip in the water to get this shirt wet. As long as it remains wet/damp, I don't feel the heat from the Florida sun at all. I find that I have to carry less water for the day, because I don't sweat due to the shirt keeping me cool.I now use the shirt anytime I'm out in the sun, whether it's a day at Disney or just out mowing my lawn. The hood and face mask are a bonus in the extreme of mid-day.Five stars, I don't know how I can ever do without it now.

I am 6' and 170lb. and this shirt in a Medium fits me perfectly. I like a little extra length in the torso and arms, along with a slimmer fit, and this shirt has it. The length is slightly more in the back than the front, so if you bike, fish, or do anything else in a seated position, this shirt doesn't expose your lower back at all. But it's also not ridiculously long that it looks silly when you're upright. Honestly it's perfect, the fabric is light and breathable, great meshed fabric along the sides between the armpits and the waist, and that same mesh comprises the area of the pull-up mask portion of the neck collar so you can breathe easily with the mask and hood up over your head and face. The rest of the shirt breathes well too, but this is a really nice design touch. I am buying one or two more in different colors. At the time of this review, it's only $30....good luck finding anything of anywhere close to this quality in that price point. Kudos to Baleaf, this is my new favorite shirt!
