Polycom SoundPoint IP 335 Power Supply Not Included (Renewed)

I've purchased around 25 of these phones, and they're all in working order. I needed to reset each one to defaults before they'd successfully connect to my new server (local, in-house Asterisk/FreePBX), but they're all working like a champ now.I know this is an old model--probably discontinued--but they still work great. No complaints.If I were to nitpick, the reported condition is on the generous side. I can see small scratches and signs of wear. Not one of these phones would fool me into thinking they were brand new.[ This product is in "Excellent condition". The screen and body show no signs of cosmetic damage visible from 12 inches away ]Well... not quite; I can see cosmetic issues--albeit mild--at three feet.The phones still work fine... the cosmetic stuff isn't enough to dissuade my repeat purchases--nor even bad enough to call a "problem." But they're not *perfect* either.

Used but still good. Need to reset it to factory first before program it for our RingCentral phone.Pro: cheap and it is still working, register without an issue with my provider Came with all the hardware, perfect.Con: Used, but we don't care. Nothing for con.

I have spent hours trying to reprogram two phones from the previous owners information. I've had three ring central technicians try the same. As they always say you only get what you pay for buy new!
