This is a cute dress. It's very versatile, and it would be suitable for work or church. It's just a little dressy, but it's misnomer that it's labelled as a cocktail dress; it is not that dressy. The fabric is smooth and comfortable and opaque, but the fabric will show the lines of whatever is under it (underwear, bra, etc). So, this will need a slip or other foundation garment to avoid obvious pantylines. I do find it true to size, and the cut is flattering.
