One of the best massage cane
I really like this massage cane a lot. I work with microscope which requires me to look down so my neck and shoulders get stiff from time to time. This cane helps relieve some of those knots and it also help relieved knots around the shoulder blades too. This cane is very study and not too bulky. I have use other massage canes but this fits me better (I’m petite, 5 ft tall) and it’s small enough for me to leave it at work. A few of my coworkers also bought this and like it a lot. I highly recommend giving this massage cane a try.

Just right size
I love the size and length. I have a possible tear in my rotator cuff and going to PT. I have knots in the upper shoulder and I was told they use something called TheraCane to get knots out. I looked at the different types of these devices and the TheraCane. I like this small size opposed to the other longer ones. It works great and easy to hang on to. I am small and slender and fits my neck and shoulder area well. My husband is 6ft weights 200 lbs so he is bigger and he can use it easily as well. The devise is very sturdy and I def think it would take a lot to break it.

Great for self massage but you can't get a lot of points
I bought this a while ago because I have really bad scoliosis. It definitely can help get some knots out of my back. However I have a bigger chest and I'm not sure if that's the reason or not but it can't fit around my chest when I'm trying to get my lower back. I'm not sure if people with a smaller chest have this issue too or not. I ended up getting a massage gun and feel like it helps way more than this. I still use it sometimes when I'm trying to target a specific area; but I would say get a massage gun instead.

Works Great
Hard to believe something so simple works as good as it does. I wish it would have came with a map(?) of pressure points but after using it a few times I guess a map isn't needed.

How to get those knots out of your upper back
It is easy to use and does what it is supposed to do. It is a good deal for the price.

Very strong and does what it supposed to.
This mini massager is kept at my work desk where it has helped me find ease when my neck and shoulders are hurting. It gets to the main spots where I have tension and is a quality product.

It’s shorter than I thought. It's hard to reach the middle of my back, but I can get my shoulder blades. there is a longer version, but it’s a bit spendy
