一粒がとても大きくて飲めるか不安でしたが多めの水で飲むと難なく飲めました。ニキビができにくくなったと思います。

1粒がデカいです。しかもカプセルではなくレモンのような形の錠剤ですので、慣れない人には飲みにくいと思います。 でも、ビタミンCの含有量は多いですし、「タイムリリース」という少しずつ体内で溶けるタイプですので、吸収力も良いのではと思います。 味については、舌で舐めればちょっと酸っぱいかなと言った程度で、刺激はありません。

錠剤のサイズが大きくて半分に割って飲みます。それ以外の感想はコスパ良く使えるので良いと思います。

ビタミンCは大事なので色々試しています。 若干飲み込みづらさを感じたので、日によって２つに割って服用していました。

すぐに届きました。 粒の大きさに驚きましたが、飲めます飲めます！ 大丈夫でした。タイムリリースでこのお値段はお買い得でした。

飲み出して、三年くらいなんですが肌のコンディションもいいし、風邪もひかないので効いていると思います。

タブレットが高齢者には大きすぎで飲めませんでした。以前愛用していた国産の１錠350ミリグラムのものに戻しました。

Good for immune system support

I have used different brands of vitamin C and this is by far the best brand I have taken. I notice when everyone at my work place gets sick I am the only one that’s not affected or if there’s a chance I get the virus I only got minor and not severe symptoms.

This was my first experience with this brand. The tablets were larger than expected, and it took 4 hours for one tablet to dissolve in 16oz of water with near constant stirring. That could be because they are supposed to time release. I like putting my vitamin c in my water and drink it. So I expected them to dissolve much faster. I didn't realize they were time release til after I received them. The taste is more mild than other vitamin c. Felt no side effects other than feeling better. I have a cold and bumping up my vitamin c intake helps get me well faster.
