ive had athletes feet for more than 10 years. i decided to try this soap just picked which ever looked like it would work. went with my instinct on this one and it is amazing. My feet started to heal almost instantly i would say 3 days and i saw results and that was using once a day. my feet don't smell anymore or itch. i would highly recommend this product in the past i tried changing my shoes and using sprays or soaking feet but no progress as good as this product.

Industrial gray color sets it apart from regular bath bars which is good since it is strong and drying. Living in hot and high humidity area, where we have been under extreme heat warnings with feels like temps of 107 - 112 for weeks on end, there was immediate relief with one shower. Let lather stay on affected areas 2 to 5 minutes before rinsing. Also being diabetic, on medication that greatly intensifies genital yeast, under breast yeast rash, bumps & cracks with gross yeast odor, prescription antifungal creams barely helped & seemed to create a slimy sweat. Fluconazole prescription worked as long as I could take it, as did Clinique extra strength face soap to some degree. Overnight I saw a deep-set match head sized pimple at the corner of my mouth that has been there for years finally come to a head. So, from someone suffering probably from systemic yeast as well as bacterial infections I cannot even believe the results from one use. For me, it was pure EXTRAORDINARY relief and well worth the money. Use a light moisturizer to offset dryness. Highly endorse this product.

This soap works great. I tried an off brand and it doesn’t work as well. This clears up athletes foot and we use it daily to prevent. Great for people who deal with foot fungus. A must have. Expensive but worth it! A bar lasts a while as long as you let it dry out each time and not stay wet in container.

I repeat these steps to ensure the product is doing its magic & give the bacteria warning!5. I’ll massage hyaluronic acid to help with the wound healing & reduction of scaring, also hydration.6. Lastly, mixing an oil or butter with a few drops of oregano oil for extra anti-bacterial protection, hyperpigmentation, & anti-inflammation.BUT TO ENSURE YOU, the defense soap is the main product that reducing the psoriasis other than the oregano oil. As someone who's always had to battle vs jock itch, and working in 118 degree summer in az in a kitchen and serving patio... this has kept me beyond good. It just knocked out a severe jock itch within 2 days! My trick is i scrub up with it and leave it on in shower for few mins.It just works. Its a miracle bar. Smells amazn too. And a nice tingle!

Woah 5 starts I tried every cream available for jock itch anti fungal you name it and boom I came up to this awesome product. Took a week and no itch fungus has completely died and skin back to normal. Strong ingredients you can smell them you know is not a scam ! Get it

I can't compliment on the medical properties of it yet, as I have not used it long enough to tell— however, I can compliment on the smell, which is not pleasant. It just smells like chemicals. It lathers nicely, but it does have a stench.
