The media could not be loaded. Brought 4 of these chairs. Really love the colors of the chair and the material nice and soft. The stair chairs were a little unsturdy when I first put them together. Today makes 2 months now since I’ve had them, and 3 of the 4 chairs rocky. They should not be this rocky. My time window is up so I can’t return or exchange them for new ones. Going to their website to see what customer service can do about this.***UPDATE***Was able to get issue resolved with my rocky chairs. Customer service was great. Also, I had an issue with the zipper breaking on one of the back of the chair and customer service responded right away and sent a replacement to use in less then a week. 10 out of 10 love our new barstool chair.3rd UpdateReach out to this company in July when the back of one of my chairs zipper broke. I was told that they were in back order and that as soon as the back to the chairs come in, I will be sent out another one here. It is now November and I’ve yet to receive a shipment. I’ve reached out to this company multiple times with no response would have this company 0 stars if I could.

One of the chairs didn’t have holes to put the circular part to it. I was very upset but I didn’t let Amazon know. My chairs (3) are being used as tables and the one missing the holes is in the bathroom used as a hamper. :(They were easy to assemble.

Ordered three chairs, one leg came broken and another leg was cracked. Reached out to the company and they sent out two new chairs. They were very quick to respond and even quicker to ship out new chairs. The customer service was very personal as I spoke with the same lady each time and if she missed your call she would return. Now I will say the instructions are a bit confusing so it’s best to just put the chairs up your own way. The legs seem a bit fragile. I definitely wouldn’t recommend putting too much weight on these. The cushion is comfortable and the back is as well. They look very modern and fits perfectly for our space. Seems easy to clean but I purchased a fabric water shield for them bc I have toddlers. They are the perfect height for my counter. All in all I’d recommend for the price.
