good product but cap was not fastened tightly

Great value, awesome product
I have been using this for a few years now, even though I swap back and forth between shampoo and conditioner, this is one of my go to’s. It leaves a very clean moisturized feeling. Not heavy at all, I only wash/condition my hair ever couple of days and this is one of those you can do that with. Value wise it only takes a very small amount so a bottle this size will last you a really long time.

Poor shipping
Love the shampoo. Unfortunately they shipped it in a bubble wrap envelope and the pump opened and leaked shampoo all inside the envelope.

My hairdresser recommended this shampoo for volume and dyed hair. It’s recommended for thin hair and it gives me a lot of volume, it smells amazing and it leaves my hair very clean

Pump doesn't work
I love this shampoo. It came with some leakage, and the pump doesn't work. I'm able to still use it with just pouring out of the spout. The pump would be easier, instead of trying to pour out of a big bottle.
