This has everything you need.
I wasn't planning on this being my main coffee server, but it is up to the job. I got it for my office, sits right next to the mini fridge. I'm also planning on using it in the RV. I've tried so many different types of brews over the years, professional espresso machines, French roasts, campfire percolators, Keurig's, hotel single serves, 12 cup pots, you name it. I love that this one has so much functionality! For one, it's slender. It can be picked up and taken anywhere. For instance, ever went to an Airbnb where they swore there was coffee available and when you get there, you are stranded after a long trip? Not so anymore, this is light and small enough you can throw it in the car easily along with the rest of your gear.It holds 40 oz, but we all know that is really just two good cups. But it is better than a single serve where you have to pour the water in every time. I love that it came with its own KPod filter. It's a bit different shaped but that helps to ensure all of the grounds are used. If you purchased a refillable KPod, that also works along with standard. I've found this works best with a strong brew flavor. You'll want to ensure that you follow the instructions and run a number of cycles through it before using. I'd use the refillable cup before a storebought cup the first few times just in case.It arrives quickly and is extremely well packaged. There is tape connecting every item to ensure it arrives safely. The tape removes easily, no residue to scrape which is always a plus in my book.

Half the price of Keurig brand
I am really impressed by this coffee maker. Given the low price, I was expecting it to be a single cup reservoir like the Keurig which is the same price as this, but it actually has a large reservoir for making multiple cups of coffee. This machine is comparable to the Keurig which costs nearly twice as much. This has a separate piece to make ground coffee (non-keurig cup). The Keurig might have this but I didn't see it on their description. I tried a different off-brand machine and it took time for the water to heat up. With this one the hot water comes out pretty quickly. It has an auto shutoff (a sleep mode) so you don't have manually turn it off or unplug it. It's fairly straightforward to use. Something to note: it says before the first use to run it through a bunch of cylces with just water. I did half of what they recommended and when I did brew a cup of coffee it didn't taste very good. After a couple cups of coffee though it tasted fine. The one thing that could stand improvement is that it's hard to see where to press on the screen to change cup size and to start it brewing. It's a touch screen so no physical buttons. Once I figured it out though it got easier. Given the quality and function of this, it's an excellent.

Works well, but brewed coffee is weak.
Got this for when there is not enough time to brew a whole pot of coffee, or a whole pot is not needed. It comes fully assembled, and you just have to remove shipping tape, stickers, and a rubber plug. It is ready to go after cleaning, and running clean water through it for several brew cycles. We tend to use larger mugs for our coffee so went with the largest option at 14 oz. It makes all sorts of noises before, during, and especially after, brewing a cup. Everyone in the vicinity will know when this is running. The coffee comes out quite hot (no need to pop in the microwave to get it hotter), but we noticed the coffee was weak and not very strong at all. There is no option on the display for making the coffee weaker or stronger - it will only brew it at it's default setting. That is it's biggest negative. To get around this, we ended up brewing a 8 oz cup, replacing the K-cup with a fresh one, then brewing another 8 oz cup in the same mug. That was the only way to get a decent tasting cup of coffee. Unfortunately, this method uses two K-cups for a single cup of coffee, which gets expensive. We have not yet tried it using our own ground coffee in the filter cup that comes with this coffee maker. We love the concept, and feel this is one of the machines strengths, giving you much greater flexibility. It may also solve the weak coffee problem. TBD.The other negative is this doesn't hold much water in the tank. It says it holds 40 oz, but some must be left in the machine after brewing. We can barely get two, 14 oz cups out of a full tank! So, you are constantly refilling the tank. Basically we have to refill the tank each time we use it. I also noticed the unit was quite light when removed from the box, but after using it, it is significantly heavier. I think this supports my theory that there is water left inside the machine after brewing. Not an issue unless it will sit for an extended length of time with water sitting in it to develop mold/mildew. I would definitely run vinegar through the machine before and after storing it.Lastly, this machine has a small, narrow silhouette. It really doesn't take up a lot of counter space. It is narrow/thin, and not that tall. I think that accounts for the smallish water tank. For occasional use, I think this is a good option. If it will be used extensively on a daily basis, I have some doubts about it's quality, and how well it will hold up over years of use. It just feels a bit cheap. However, only time will tell.

Super sleek and multiple cup sizes!
Product came already assembled and nicely packaged. Nothing was damaged during delivery and the parts that detach were taped to the product to keep themin tact. The tape didnt leave a residue when removing. Product came with a reuable filter to use coffee grounds and a part meant for coffee pods. Both parts go inside the coffee maker easily. The design is sleek and slim, doesnt take up much space, looks nice on my counter top and matches my other appliances. The buttons are touch screen and the settings are great! Has multiple cup sizes 6oz, 8oz, 10oz, &12oz, which is nice and the coffee grounds atatchement is pretty large in order to use more coffee for a larger cup or a stronger coffee. It brews coffee quickly and the heating element makes the coffee nice and hot. Its a fair asking price considering the quality of the coffee maker. I have used the item everyday for the past 2 weeks and its worked great!
