Hip Thrust & Sissy Squat Machine - Hip Thrust Bench, Glute Builder for Home-Gym with 4 Rope Band

I love the simplicity of this product, along with the craftmanship, durability and weight and low profile. This "machine" is so versatile. I am so happy I purchased this! I love the support when doing squats and also the ability to really work the back muscles. You can also do sit ups and side bends, plus others. Really felt those hip trusts on my glutes, also comes with a list of other exercises that can be performed with this machine! So far loving it, hope to see great results!

I never write reviews but I am very unpleased with the hip thrust machine. Half the exercises they give as examples, don't even work because the machine moves everywhere and doesn't stay on the ground and the resistance bands are trash. The first time using them, I maxed out and it was not even a satisfied workout. Also every piece of the set up is so cheaply made.

It's not very stable which made me nervous while using it but if you replaced the clips with some that were better it would be more stable I think

If you wanna build glutes, this is your machine! Easy to use. Love it

Okay at first I was mad because it was missing some hardware but then I messaged them on IG. They got back to me immediately and sent me the missing hardware with in two days. I have used it and I love it.

Overall pretty good but came missing bolts that we needed to put it together

1 star given b/c I'm currently in the process of returning it. It was a birthday gift, so the item wasn't opened until 1 day after the 30 day return period. The neck rest has a slice in it. I'm afraid it will get bigger, so I've decided to sent it back for a refund.

This piece of equipment is great to use days when I workout from home. I gave it a lower score because it didn’t come with all the accessories shown.
