Confidently attached and color matches perfectly with 5.11 Bag
I was looking for a way to attach my tripod to my hiking bag and found these straps. Initially I was kind of concerned over how securely the little hooks would be in holding on to the molle straps, but they actually seem very secure since on both ends they have the ability to hook onto two separate molle sections. The QD buckle feel very sturdy as well, obviously it's all plastic but it feels like very sturdy plastic instead of the flimsy plastic you get with some other things. Also when it comes to these colors like sandstone, flat dark earth, OD green, tan, whatever, it's very common for two items with the same color name to not quite match up, especially if they are between different brands. For this reason if I buy some accessories for my bag, which is a 5.11 bag I think they call it sandstone color, that isn't made by 5.11 I would simply get black, since that kind of goes with everything. But since these straps are also made by 5.11, I went ahead and bought the color that's supposed to match and they do. So that's nice. One extra feature I do like about these is the little elastic band to hold on to the excess strap that usually just hangs loose after you get it the tightness you want. Makes it all look a lot neater.

Ingenious
This ingenious tier system allows you to piggyback two bags together. And those bags don't necessarily have to be from 5.11, either. But what's required are two things.First, you need PALS webbing on the sides of both bags. That's because those side webbings serve as the anchor points, where installing and removing the four straps are done with their C-clips. Also, the second requirement is that you must have a strong back. Because since the tier system can join large bags together, their overall weight when fully loaded will be quite heavy. For me, tethering just my small Maxpedition Jeroboam Gear Bag onto my 5.11 All Hazards Prime Backpack is my preferred limit. (I posted three pictures of those two bags.) That tethering arrangement came in handy while traveling because I walked the airport with both hands free from carrying a bag. Then after boarding the plane, I was able to quickly separate the two bags; the Maxpedition tucked under the seat in front of me and the 5.11 went to the overhead compartment. Separating them took only a few seconds by pressing a quick-release buckle from each strap. But now that my carrying situation has returned to normal, I've removed the tier system and stowed it in my backpack. Ready for the next demanding use, 5.11's tier system has proven to be an effective and convenient backpack accessory.

Exactly What I Needed for Extra Pouches on My Backpack
I found these straps by accident while reading about 5.11 backpacks. Out of curiosity, I checked them out, and I realized they were exactly what I needed. I have a large pouch attached to the front of my backpack. The weight of the contents pulls down on the MOLLE straps and webbing (see first photo). I had used some paracord to jury rig a way to support the pouch. With two of these straps, I was able to attach the pouch to webbing on the backpack, holding the pouch up. The buckles make it easy to release the straps to access the pockets of the backpack. My accidental find has allowed me to expand the capability of my backpack.

Perfect Product
So... I got these little strappy straps in order to turn a small backpack that is designed to MOLLE onto a plate carrier, into a quick detach pack... because who tf wants to put on and take off their plate carrier with a full backpack attached? Not me, that’s for sure. So I found these 5.11 straps and they ‘looked’ perfect for the job. Multiple methods for connecting to MOLLE, trusted 5.11 brand clips, and heavy weight straps made from cordura.I was impressed as I expected to be. The straps are thick and the clips really make that trusty ‘CLACK’ when they snap into place. I honestly think that these straps will last longer than the budget assault pack that I bought them to go on.Very impressed 5.11. Very impressed.

Tactical
I feel very tacticool now. All I need now is tactical sunglasses, a tactical sun visor, tactical outdoor lights, a tactical flashlight, a tactical plasma cigarette lighter and a tactical hearing aid. Tactical much Amerika? Seriously though, these straps are great, I used them to extend existing straps on my TACTICAL backpack so I can carry more/larger gear on the outside of the pack...like a sleeping bag or small tent.

Just need a strap man!
I got a 5.11 backpack a while ago fro general day-to-day use. I didn't like the chest strap on it and I never used it, so I eventually cut it off. A few months later I went camping and regretted the decision. I've been using para-cord and bungees for a while now, finally stumbled across these straps on Amazon. Gave them a shot and they work perfectly. They attached to the shoulder straps easily and hold up well with a loaded pack. When I don't need it I just take it off and store it in my bag for later use. Very, very glad I found these, totally worth it.5 Stars:+5 for great product, good price, and fast shipping

Great Addition.
These really should have come with my 5.11 Rush 24 backpack BUT they didn't. I love them and they fit the bill. Received 4 straps so I could add two compressions straps the the bottom end of the pack (which should have been placed in the design) and two extra for additional lashing on the pack. They were an exact color match (Sandstone) and the only downside side was that there is white tags attached to each buckle that needed to be removed. Other than that they seem to fit the bill exactly. 4 stars because I feel the price I've could have been a bit lower - would have been 5 stars had they been under $10.

Robust and durable.
Those 5.11 Men's Rush Tier System can be used for many occasions. I bought mine to help me to compress the bottom of my 5.11 Tactical All Hazard so it doesn't look so big when not fully loaded and in daily carry mode. It works perfectly. Those could be used for many others options such as attach molle bags together, as strap Loops to carry sleeping bag or tents or something lighter... Pretty much anything actually. I had them for few months now and I can tell you that they are highly durable. Really happy about this purchase.

Excellent. No hesitation in recommending these.
Work really well for any backpack with the standard strap loops you find on a lot of military and user orientated kit. Easy to install and set up. Perfect. Couldn't find a fault with them to be honest.

Great straps
I bought these to add compression to the lower half of my Rush 24. They work very well. I was able to compact everything into a very tight, manageable bundle. I found this to be the most useful for long rucks on varying terrain where I ran the risk of having my load shift around. Overall, in my opinion these are a must have for anyone with a Rush 24.* I strive to give honest and informative reviews.

Very good quality product
Very good quality product. I put a 4 stars, because it is a little bit short for my 511 bag. It's not made to add big stuff on your bag. The price is a little high for that, but with 5.11, you expect good quality product and this is what you get. Nevertheless, this a good product and I would Recommend that.

I Bought these initially as tie downs for inside my 5.11 deployment bag but opted to use longer straps for that . I use these for attaching my LBD Lima bag to the mission ready bag when travelling and they work marvellously !

Excellent
If you’re already own rush 72 and planning to buy rush 10, don’t buy rush tier. Rush tier goes with rush 10 bag (it’s included).
