Daily commute
I waited a long time to write this review, I truly wanted to use it before I did. I have been riding this now to and from work about 8 miles in total five days a week for almost a year. I live in Pennsylvania so you can imagine how the weather changes on a dime, from sunny to rain storm in no time, and winter weather just sucks. In this time I have had only one issue that was negative and that was how long it took to get my board fixed when it stopped working. It turned out to be that the remote stopped connecting to the board, once the issue was narrowed down they sent me a new remote quickly. This board is a beast and I mean that in the best way. I truly use this board as my transportation everywhere around town. My wife and I have only one car and I work closer to home and I’m a skater/surfer since I was a kid now I’m in my fifties so this e board just made sense to me. I love riding it the remote feelings comfortable in my hand, the electrical display is easy to see and read while riding. The ride is smooth the wheels eat up the road I roll over railroad tracks with ease and they make the rocky Pennsylvania roads easy to manage. The fact that it has four different speed levels is amazing to help those not accustomed to riding at a high speed. Yes high speed I ride on level 4 and average about 24 mph. I’m about 155lbs and average about 14 miles on a charge. Like I said I ride this daily and even though it’s not truly weather proof I use it rain, sleet, snow I have ridden through it all. I have used this board harder then most people will ever use it and the Windseeker keeps on seeking wind!.! I love this board. The only thing I want to know is how one goes about getting service this is an electric vehicle things need lubricant to keep rolling. I mean I change my bushings and bearings on my manual skateboards so how do I take care of this one?

Battery lasted 13 minutes full charge out of the box
I fully charged the board after getting it and it lasted a block and a half. Total fun time being only 12 minutes in total. It got down to 20% and the power just craps out. Very hard to turn, and throttle is finicky. You’ll be bracing every time you gas it and the braking isn’t good. Speed was meh as well. DOES NOT do an actual 28 I got it to 22 and again I only got to travel a block and a half before I had to turn lest I push manually home.

Love it
I only recently got it but I spend a little while testing it out, it's wheels are really good. Even though it's not supposed to I took it on a rough and hilly hiking trail and it was able to do most of the entire Trail at a really good speed, warning it doesn't have nearly the same distance if you're going on a hiking trail probably got one fourth of the distance but if you're going on a normal Trail or something paved I truly believe it will be able to go the full 21.8 miles I just got back from 15 Mile trip and it said that I had a 1/4 battery left, even though one comment said that their remote was cheap I feel like the remote is actually really good it just doesn't have that padded plastic but when it comes to controls it can do everything. It can turn on and off lights it can go backwards and forwards control speed it can track your total distance as well as your current distance and can switch how hard the break is which I love. The only real negatives is that it's a little bit hard to make sharp turns compared to the last board I had and the trucks come in a little bit loose for my taste so I would personally make them tighter

Regular vs goofy stance
I ride 'goofy footed' meaning I face toward the left of the board when moving forward. To accomplish this I had to completely remove the forward foot hold, and rotate the rear foot hold strap and turn it as far out as I could. Its not perfect, but it will definitely work until I fabricate something to reverse the mounts. I want to avoid drilling the deck if I can, and the rear mounts are only accessible if you remove the battery pack, which I want to avoid doing so I don't void the warranty. As the first solution I tried just running the board in reverse, however the reverse speed is much slower than the forward speed. As someone that weighs 225 lbs the board can struggle to get going in rough terrain when in a power level of 1 or 2. The power is definitely there in levels 3 and 4. In my opinion it could use a little bit more low end torque, but so far I am very happy with this board.

Board broke within 2 weeks
This electric board is good but the belts broke on week one and two and then I had to order new belts from Amazon because the ones that were given to me had defectives. Battery life is Barely there, the ride is smooth but I shouldn’t be having to deal with a broken board at then end of all of this. In all honesty I’m not recommending anyone this board due to how it’s functionally is just not good, it breaks every 3 to 5 days and so with that being said if someone sees this, yall need to ship me a new board because this is unacceptable. The first board I got broke several times and I want my refund and on top of that a brand new board. That’s all I have to say but it is cost effective on the other hand just not reliable.

Awesome board
Owned this board for several years and it has exceeded my expectations. Top speed is as advertised. With trucks tightened you can easily turn at high speeds. Battery life is solid and typically only requires a charge once a week. Board is used daily usually for 15-20 minutes at lunch. Wheels held up great but after two years could use a replacement. Overall i am very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend this to other buyers
