My printer keeps saying it the wrong paper size (letter) and spits it out without printing. Anyone know how to override this?

Mine worked just fine. Wondering if your printer is sensitive to the weight of the paper more so than the size of the print page? May be look at an adjustment for that, if one is available.

what is the paper stock weight?

There is no paper weight on the packaging, and I don't want to venture a guess. It is not as thick as card stock, but has some weight to it that gives it an elegant feel. We were pleased with the certificates and the honorees seemed so too.

Is there a template that can be used with this certificate?

Yes, it's on the package or you can go to Microsoft templates. Very easy ... I use these certificates all the time.
