This trio of supplements is really great, and I plan to keep using them. This is a great set of different vitamins and minerals. I have only tried the blue bottle myself which contains magnesium and ashwaganda witth other herbals supplemets and i likes the calming feeling at bedtime. There was no unpleasant odors or tastes. Non stop diarrhea i keep taking them but I am probably going to discontinue as really it makes my stomach cramp and sick. Its probably going to dehidrate me.
