Just received it in the mail. I am excited to try it just to let future purchases know, the serving size is 3 per meal, and it says once a day.I plan to take this once a day for about a week and after that, I will use it as needed. Remember to not consume too much turmeric and to make sure that you are reading up/watching videos on the proper ways to use turmeric as a supplement. I did remember hearing that it is not recommended for older people, so do keep that in mind, stay healthy.

What it says on the title. It costs very little per pill (when I got it) and the dosage means you dont have to take a lot either, so it'll last a while. I only wish something as cheap came in gummy form lol.

I honestly can’t tell what the effects of this supplement are. I don’t know if it’s just me, but I read a lot of the reviews talking about how effective these supplements are, but it hasn’t seem to do anything for me. I’ve been taking two pills every night for about a month. Maybe the effects are too small for me to recognize. I’m leaving four stars because the products is exactly what it says it is and it seems to be beneficial for most people.

I love this product. It is one of the few supplements I have ever noticed their effect on my body. I used it for a few months for my trigger finger issue and the problem was gone forever. Worked well for my joint pain. However, after just one month of use, my liver enzymes (labs) became elevated. After a lot of research I heard several gastroenterologists cite cases where use of turmeric with black pepper extracts caused liver failure. The pepper extract increases the absorption to a point of overdosage of turmeric. These findings aren’t brand specific. I stopped taking this supplement based on these concerns coupled with my abnormal lab tests.
