Good device
I use it for just several day so far so, it's just first impression for now. The chair is of very good quality: solid design, components fit well (it comes disassembled), leather (or whatever it is) is of good quality. Chair has a lot of settings which I didn't yet investigate. Though, there are four presets you can use right away. I liked "Circulation" and "Relax". Tried "Smart" but found it too aggressive - feels like you're being tortured thru crushing. There are also "subsets" you may choose with just one click of a button - "Back & Lumbar" is my favorite.I'd also note "Zero-G" mode. It's advertised as a key feature of the product and it's really cool. You may enable this mode for some massage types but not for all. In this mode chiar puts you in kind of horizontal position. It's comfortable and massage feels much better. If you gonna use this mode you must ensure there are at least 23" of free space behind the chair. So, you cannot put it close to a wall. Some cons noticed so far:1. Remote control has very limited sensitivity - you need to target very precisely if you want it working. Btw, remote control is not advertised. It has only basic features like "power", "zero-g" and some strength adjustments.2. Main control board is mounted on a metal stick which is very unstable. It's hard to operate using just one hand and if you're using Zero-G or any other horizontal mode one hand is all you have.3. Assembling manual is a bit outdated. Though, I figured out what to do without any problems. When you request delivery be aware of three things:1. It's really heavy! Total weight is about 200lb. Max weight of the biggest part I'd estimate to ~120-140lb.2. Chair comes in two boxes and one of them has dimensions 50" x 30" x 38". In my house I have doorways of 31" width and due to layout it was impossible to move both boxes to the room so, delivery guys left the biggest one in the garage. I had to move all parts to the target room by my hands and it wasn't fun.3. Even if you don't need to move parts throughout your home you still need assistance of another person to assemble the unit. You can do it yourself but trust me - it doesn't worth it. You buy this chair to *heal* your back, right? :)

Uncomfortable, just a couple adjustments.
Took hours to assemble. Is very uncomfortable. No ability to adjust, line roll, or kneed. Rollers on foot very limited activity. One mode,,,smart,,, is do bad even on lowest setting, it feels like it will break something.

we like it
after 3 weeks waiting, finally we got our Asaki 4000 massage chairs. It took us almost 2 hours to move the boxes in house and assemble it. The 2nd box is really heavy (gross weight is over 280lbs). Considering weight is one important criterial for good massage chair, it is ok, and we made it ! :)It is not difficult to assemble it, following the direction, even though it seems a few steps were missed from the guideline... we just used our common sense. The chair is very comfortable and helpful, with speed, strength adjustment, and all pre-set models. I think it is beautiful and stylish as well, matching our furniture and wooden floor color very well. We like it very much! Hope the quality is good and we can enjoy this massage chair a long time!

It is not bad, the control is awkward to use
I actually expected more. It is not bad, the control is awkward to use. The chair is not good to just sit in. Massages are good but not great. My older chair was better.

Everyone loves it , even the cat!!
Very nice, sophisticated and seemingly decently made massage unit. Perfect match for the much more expensive Inadas.Lots of options, although not perfect. I could wish for a few programming capabilities but I am really nitpicking here. All functions are adjustable within a fairly broad range, it should please almost everybody.Incredible variety of different types of massage. Worth exploring because the manual, as most Chinese manuals, stinks. The unit is heavy and difficult to assemble. It is not complicated, the components are just very heavy.Warning:From my own experience I should warn prospective buyers that this IS NOT A THERAPEUTIC UNIT, it is a purely relaxation and pleasure machine.Although I have no chronic deficiencies, I do sprain my back and other parts occasionally, this machine not only does not treatsuch injuries but it actually may seriously aggravate them. If you have any health issues especially physical issues most definitely consult with your physician before buying and/or using this unit.

it is a great massage chair i am 6'2''
for me the chair is a great fit although assembly was hard for myself and i advise 2 people. The instructions seemed off in that they mentioned connecting certain air tubes w/ yellow bands which i spent 2 hours looking for and gave up and just attached the most obvious choices and it did come together. I hope it last a long time as it has relieved much back pain and is relaxing. The arm and gluts air bags feel excellent. Zero gravity is excellent. remote is a plus.

We originally LOVED this chair
We originally LOVED this chair, but the footrest broke and we are in our 9th month of trying to get the part to fix it during the warranty period. Beyond frustrated and have turned them over to the atty general for not honoring their warranty. Excuse after excuse and no working product. We were told they don't make this chair anymore, but here it is, so go figure.
