Use it as an amendment in your soil. It’s best to top dress over the planting area. Do not put in water as it isn’t water Soluble.

I believe it’s prilled, meaning its pelletized, if you want something that’s water soluble you need to get solution grade gypsum.

Does it contain baron???

Gypsum contains Calcium and Sulfur or commonly known as Calcium Sulfate. If your looking for a a source of Boron look into Borax or TM-7 from Bio-Ag products....

How much do you use for potted plants?

The pellets are for clay soil. You probably have potting soil in your pots.
