This is the closest thing to healthy Raisin Bran I’ve found. Not too sweet with added seeds for nutrients. Less expensive here than Publix. Will continue to order as long as price remains reasonable.

This cereal has Alpha Omega 3 in it. Very healthy and tasty!

Although this was shown to me in a Gluten-free cereal search, it is not gluten-free. That said, because it is organic, it gave me no, shall we say, issues, whatsoever. I have since tried this brand's Mesa Sunrise cereal, which is Gluten-free. Both are delicious.

It's a healthy cereal that has a nice sweetness from the raisins. There is no special praise to award, but it's a great option. Especially if you throw some diced banana in the mix, this will consistently be a winner. The flakes don't taste sweet, but they don't need to (as long as you get some raisin). I'd recommend shaking the box up a bit when you get it since the raisins seem to settle, and you either get all of them or none of them. Overall 9.5/10

I love this stuff. It seems to love me also. I have not been constipated since I started eating this cereal!!! I rarely eat it with milk. I eat like a crunchy snack. I often crave crunchy stuff. The ingredients are very nutritious and healthy for me.
