Good supplement

Yeah, Cod Liver Oil? Yuck! Well, not really. Gel caps go down easy, no burping fish flavors, and my doctor is quite pleased that I'm off of statins because these dropped my bad cholesterol.

I take Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsules with COQ10 for the general cardio benefits as I age.I follow Dr Berg and he recommends Cod Liver Oil for Omega 3 and vitamin benefits.These capsules from NOW Brands are reasonably priced and I have had no side effects...no bad taste, no odors, etc.
