Very good flexible wire
I’m using this to make random length wire antennas for radio receivers. This is exactly what I was looking for. Super flexible.

This is great stuff. The silicone cover feels a lot like a rubber band, but it's not stretchy. The wire almost feels like a rope, its so flexible. I used it to make a low power antenna for a ham radio. Rolls up nicely, doesn't kink, and pops back into shape after being twisted up.

Ham radio antenna
I use this for a QRP portable wire vertical antenna, along with radials. I would not put up big dipoles that stress the wire dramatically, unless you also used a supporting cord. It does seem surprisingly sturdy, given the gauge. Feels almost like a very thin rubber band. At any rate, no troubles at all with it, and I've gotten lots of QSOs with it. Works as I'd hoped.
