I appreciate the ability to include Omega 3 in my diet and this product is easy to take. The glass bottle and being Carrageenan free is very important to me as a nutritionist. I'd like to see a product that includes polyphenols and no Omega 6 for the optimal Omega 3 benefit since most people get enough Omega 6 in their diets. Thank you.

I can't usually take omega 3. I've tried like 5 different types over the years but his one I can! Thank you for your wonderful product! No gross fish burps for hours. No regret

This product is excellent. I have a lot of consumer experience with clean supplements and many do not work at all. This is one of the few products that shines on its own. I feel much sharper and have higher. awareness when I take these. My words are more effortless and I can tap into more of my brain to find phrases I haven’t used in years. My wife is vastly more intelligent than I am but when i take these omegas I’m able to better keep up with her in conversation. She knows based on my responses whether I’ve taken them. I am extremely mindful of everything I put into my body and this product is a home run

This is an an easy to swallow gel capsule with no fishy after taste. Serving size states one capsule while the suggested use recommends you take 2 capsules once a day. So the bottle could either be a one month or 2 month supply. I guess know what your dietary needs are, and if you are taking this supplement for maintenance or for improvement. Otherwise consult a physician before taking.

I love this omega 3 supplement! They are a great size and easy to swallow. I’m so happy they make a vegan option. They have a lot of other supplements I’m going to try!

I wanted to try these supplements out because I liked what they advertised - small pills, orange smell/not fishy, and the company helping the environment by reducing packaging waste. Unfortunately that is not what I received. First of all, there was no orange essence as advertised. There was no sachet or orange smell altogether. Just a foul overwhelmingfishy smell. Secondly, the pills were much bigger than appeared. I contacted the company because these could not be returned, but sadly they did not even respond at all. I am not sure if it is a one time occurrence or not, but I unfortunately I cannot take the supplements like this, which is an unfortunate waste.
