The plastic handle is encased in a silicone rubber which has a soft buttery smooth texture that feels great in the hand. The brush’s bristles are embedded in a flexible pillow which allows the bristles to flex as they glides over your scalp ensuring a consistent contact throughout the brush stroke. The brush bristles have an ion coating technology which transfers the brush’s ions to your hair with each brush stroke. Once transferred to your hair, these ions help to reduce frizz while visibly increasing your hair’s shine leading to an overall improved health of your hair.From an ergonomic perspective, the brush fits great in the hand and doesn’t cause any pain or discomfort from long time use. Its weight is balanced, allowing it to feel like an extension of your arm.The brush can be used in both a dry hair state or a wet hair state. I often use the brush after a shower, while blow drying helping my hair transition from wet to dry. The brush does not soak up or hold any liquid during this time.The brush’s construction seems to be very sturdy. I had a previous version of this brush. Had been using it for years too long as it used to be my favorite brush. Finally ditched the old when the new one came in. NOW I remember why this used to be my favorite brush. Lifts and controls my aging hair.

Good brush

I had this product for only a month 1/2 and the bristles wore out and the little nibs on the bristles began deteriorating and come out in my hair. I spent the extra money on this product so I could have something good that would last instead it turned out to be a fluke and it's now too late for me to get my money back. I ended up having to buy a brush from another company.I would NOT recommend this brush. It works great at first but won't last.

I have really thick hair to the point it’s a curse. I also toss and turn a lot at night- leaving me with the absolute worst bed head imaginable.I decided to splurge a bit more than what I normally would a hair brush when looking for a new one, and it works really well!A few of the bristles have come out, getting stuck inside the hair/tangles, but it’s only a few of them out of the years I’ve had it.Not sure what else to say about it. It does the job nicely and was a step up from my previous brush
