No Fishy Burps
I have dry eyes, and apparently one more gift of menopause is even dryer eyes. My optometrist suggested extra Omega 3 on top of my prescription eye drops, over-the-counter tears, and regular dose of Omega 3! This is the first fish oil supplement I've ever taken that doesn't make me have nasty fishy burps all day. I don't know how they manage it, but I'm sold.
