I've been competitively swimming for many years, using nylon suits for workouts and tight Lycra suits for racing, all from the major brands. This suit is much higher quality and well built for a much lower price - even though it is beyond race quality, I feel comfortable using it for practice because it was so inexpensive.What do I mean by beyond race quality? The fabric has structure to it - it's not flimsy. The internal piece of fabric in the crotch area is fully sewn into the base ... no looseness anywhere. I was an Ocean Lifeguard for many years and the fabric in this suit feels environment worthy as well, reduced shredding hanging out on the rocks.My pant waist size is a solid 33, but since the waist is lower on this suit, the size I purchased fits well. It was a little tight for me on the first swim, but now it has slightly relaxed and fits very well. Note that I don't believe this suit will relax any more -- it's structure gives very little. Also note that I have a distance body and it fits my thighs just right, but a professional bike rider would have issues! ;-)

This orde as discriped. I am use to my surfer baggies. These are different. They fit, tightly. Currently using them as an under garment under my surfer baggies.So far, so good.

I've been using the swimsuit for a year now, and the only thing that it faded out was the letters in the front of it, but the quality so far has been great, I use it around 3 times a week for an hour, and I wash it with normal water after use.The elasticity around the thighs is good, and it doesn't seems to be faded to be seen through.

Seems to be good quality but the sizing is not consistent with other similar products. The original brand I bought was no longer available so I tried this one. Bought the bigger of the two sizes I had of the other brand and it was still way too small.
