I don't normally have an issue swallowing capsules but this is the first time I've genuinely been surprised. The tablets are big with sharp edges. I think with a smoother shape they would be far better. Otherwise the amount you get for the money is great value. UK made and a good quality for the low price.

Dreadful! Large, uncoated tablets, which are dry and impossible to swallow, even when snapped in half and taken with water. Cheap, but not chearful.

This was a good way to get creatine, I Normally have warrior creatine powder but wanted to try the tablets. These are big tablets, and taking three is a lot! They were fine, but I’ve gone back to taking the powder.
