Microsoft Surface Pro (5th Gen) Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD (Renewed)

Check your stuff, when I received the Surface pro. It was as stated in excellent shape. And was upgraded to Windows 11. Everything was perfect until I tried to charge it. I found the charging cord frayed and useless. Luckily I had a cord from another surface. When I called Amazon they said they could not help me with a new cord. But I would have to return the whole unit and get another one. Long story short a very kind person got me a 25 dollar gift so I could buy anything I like. Which was of course power charger. Also batter is a little old, it drops about 15 percent per hour.

Bought 2 of these for Christmas gifts. Had an issue with one of them but was resolved promptly and with excellent communication and customer service. I highly recommend. In the end, I got 2 like new surfaces. Battery hangs tough for several hours gaming and streaming movies. Very impressed. Notice in the image both are being used right now lol.

Don’t buy. I bought my surface barely 6 months ago. The screen had a slight defect and the battery charge did not last long at all but it was nothing I couldn't deal with. But suddenly it stopped charging. I bought a new cord to be sure. The light turns on on the cord indicating the cord works, but it won’t charge. (you can see the light on the cord yet no charging symbol on the battery icon) It might start charging for 15 minutes but then it stops again. I tried every troubleshooting thing I could find on the internet and nothing works. I contacted the seller for a refund but my 90 day warranty expired so they won’t give me anything back. Waste of money.

Screen has defects

The best purchase ive ever made. I love the surface pro 5 !!! I purchased the windows keyboard and a 3rd party pen to go along with it. I’m not in love with the pen but the surface pro 🔥🔥🔥

This product was a trial purchase and I am happy to say this was a great product used and I will look to purchase another.

Paying a little more for the extra compute power is worth it. Device keeps up with my Dell G5 laptop. In addition, I opted for the extended four year warranty that covers drops and spills. I dislike that the keyboard and stylus are separate purchases. The keyboard is necessary in my opinion if you plan on doing any real work. The keyboard also adds a little protection for the large touch screen.

My first thought was the price was too good to be true but I decided to take a chance. It came almost a full week earlier than expected. The device itself looks brand new. No scratches on the screen or casing. We turned it on and looked up the number of battery cycles it had gone through. This thing has barely been used. The only issue we had was the charger that was included in the box did not work. I reached out to the company and they sent a new charger right away. The new charger arrived today and works perfectly. I am beyond happy with this purchase and the service I received.

It's a powerful tablet, good amount of ram and hard drive space and speed of the SSD storage is evident, but I was told that it came with the latest 8th generation cpu and it wasn't the cpu advertised, when I bought my surface pro 6 it said it was going to come with an i7 newest of the 8th generation i7 cpu and I believe it's one from years past and the battery doesn't last no 13 hours, it barely makes it to 4 hours

Compre 3 porque estaba con un excelente descuento, por lo que pense que iban a cancelar, sin embargo, el vendedor se hizo responsable y me entrego el producto. Cabe mencionar que las tablets estan trabajando de manera correcta, tiene signos de uso minimo casi imperceptibles, por lo que, si eres muy exigente mejor busca otro opcion. Por otro lado, reitero que la tablets trabajan y se miran bien y que el vendedor es de confianza.

Son de mala calidad en un 50 % para alguien que ue lo requiere en su trabajo diario ya que se traban continuamente y si son observadores encontrarán varios detalles

Despues de 6 meses dejo de cargar la bateria. Ahora solo funciona estando conectada a la corriente electrica.
